My shrug!
I tend to like natural fibers. There's just something about the feel of a natural fiber that can't be matched by synthetic. However, I decided to start the ribbed shrug from Interweave Knits, and it calls for three balls of Patons Katrina. It's 92% rayon and 8% polyester. It's soft, it's stetchy, and I'm completely in love with it.
So far, the shrug is comig along well:
I'm not really worried about the knitting aspect of it, since it's a k1, p1 rib, but it has seams. Seams scare my like no other thing on earth. I could have completely cheated and knit this in the round, but it's time to over come my fears, and just learn the mattress stitch.
