When Bad Things Happen To Good Yarn

I need to invest in a swift. That's really all there is to it. I tried to wind my blue laceweight cashmere/silk yarn, and ended up with a terrible mess.

I'll work it out of course. It's far to nice to let it remain in that sad, sad state. I was much smarter with the same yarn in black. I put it around my computer chair.

Now that's more like it.

I also finished my Celtic Cap

I haven't been knitting much lately, as I'm waiting for my shawl yarn to come in. I've tried to knit a few little things to keep me occupied, but seed stich and ribs just aren't holding my attention. New things soon, my friends, I promise!

Also, the Gallery software is up and running, so I just need to upload some pictures, and I'll add it to the side bar.

Two weeks from today, I'll be in New York City seeing Spamalot on Broadway! I'll have an album set up for those pictures as well!
